Prestige Limousine

My issue with this limo company has been resolved. They have issued me a refund and paid to clean the dress. Would the admin of this web site please contact me and remove the original review. Thank you

I used this company for my wedding. Let's just say my experience was far from "Prestigious". The limo that showed up was dirty, had missing body trim pieces, only 1 door could open (the other was jammed, if you got hit on the 1 working door, you would be trapped inside), none of the windows or sunroof would open, the fan belt was squeaking, the white vinyl top was moldy, the TV/VCR inside was black and white, the air conditioning inside the limo smelled moldy and made us sick, and there were some rust spots on the outside of the car. The driver went the wrong direction going to and from the wedding, we had to give him the correct directions. To top it all off the inside of the door jam was filthy with dirt and grease and when the bride got in the car the grease got all over the WHITE DRESS. The bride flipped out on the driver and he THEN cleaned the inside of the door. The Bride had to walk down the aisle with a big limo stain on her dress as well as throughout the reception.

After contacting the company to complain, the dispatcher Rosie was very rude and denied everything happened. Rosie called us a liar, great customer service this company has! They will not issue a refund or pay to clean the dress. My whole experience with this company ruined my wedding, and it doesn't suprise me they have a bunch of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIMO COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
