Mark Cahan

Mark Cahan, an account executive at Icon Sports & Entertainment Marketing in Chicago, chose Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for his last call as a bachelor. His party of 15 paid about $6,000 per man for airfare, lodging, food, booze, golf and deep-sea fishing in late February. Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the ocean, the 13,500-square-foot villa he and his friends rented for five days had marble floors, 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, an infinity pool, a large Jacuzzi and a fire pit with circular seating. "It was literally like living in a Hollywood mansion," says Mr. Cahan, 30, who married in March. "A lot of my friends are leaning toward destination bachelor parties. That's just the way it's rolling at this point. If you have the means, do it."
