Actress Tawny Kitaen, alternately best known for bouncing around in the 1984 Tom Hanks frat-boy comedy Bachelor Party, was arrested for spousal abuse and battery after kicking and gouging husband and Cleveland Indian's player, with her high-healed shoes. Husband Chuck Finley is 225 pounds and 6'6" tall. This was Kitaen's second arrest in less than six months. She has been replaced for the upcoming sequal from Fox Home Entertainment.
